Little Champs (Grades K–2)

Little Champs is a fun, high-energy boxing-inspired class designed especially for children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. This class focuses on movement, coordination, listening skills, and confidence, all in a safe and supportive environment.

Kids will learn basic boxing fundamentals such as stance, simple punches, and footwork—with no contact or sparring. Classes include age-appropriate games, obstacle courses, and partner drills that help improve balance, focus, and teamwork while keeping kids active and engaged.

Our coaches emphasize respect, discipline, and positive behavior, helping young athletes build self-confidence and healthy habits that carry beyond the gym.

No prior experience required. All skill levels welcome.

Junior Boxers (Grades 3–5)

Junior Boxers is a structured and energetic boxing class designed for children in Grades 3 through 5. This program focuses on teaching proper boxing fundamentals, fitness, and discipline in a safe and supportive environment.

Participants will learn correct stance, basic punch combinations, footwork, and defensive movements through non-contact drills, bag work, and supervised partner exercises. Classes also include conditioning activities that improve strength, coordination, agility, and endurance—while keeping things fun and engaging.

Our coaches emphasize sportsmanship, focus, and respect, helping young athletes build confidence, self-discipline, and teamwork skills both inside and outside the gym.

No sparring. No experience required. All levels welcome.

Teen Boxing (Grades 6–10)

Teen Boxing is a dynamic training program designed for students in Grades 6 through 10 who want to build boxing skills, improve fitness, and develop confidence in a structured and positive environment.

Participants will learn proper boxing fundamentals including stance, footwork, punch combinations, and defensive techniques. Classes incorporate bag work, pad work, conditioning, and controlled partner drills to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and focus. All activities are closely supervised, with a strong emphasis on safety and correct technique.

Coaches stress discipline, respect, accountability, and goal-setting, helping teens develop both athletic ability and mental toughness that carry over into school, sports, and everyday life.

No prior experience required. Non-contact training unless otherwise approved.
